Our quoting process is very straightforward and easy.

Rates for translation depend primarily on the number of words in your source (original) files plus possible charges for layout and other issues.

We will call or email you to ask any additional information needed.
We will send you a quote, usually within 24 hours. The quote will state the total investment to achieve your goals, may outline our process, and will provide a delivery timeframe (such as two to three days or three to four weeks). During the past 20 years, we have never once missed a deadline and often deliver faster than promised.
To authorize us to begin, just reply by email.
If you are a first-time client, we will ask for a full or partial pre-payment. If you are an established client, we send our invoices after project delivery with payment terms of Net 30. You may pay by check, credit card or ACH funds transfer.
